Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital services
Notice under § 356(5) BGB: The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, or for digital services, when the Provider has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has
- expressly consented to the Provider beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- acknowledged that, by giving such consent, they lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins.
This express consent and acknowledgment is obtained during the order process on /intake via a non-pre-ticked checkbox that the consumer must actively tick. If the consumer gives consent and the brief generation begins, the right of withdrawal is extinguished from that moment. If the consumer does not give consent, or withdraws before performance begins, the 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully in place.
